About Us
Since opening in 2000, our philosophy has always been about seamless teamwork and a people-oriented service attitude. Unlike typical hair salons that hire external stylists, all our stylists are trained in-house. All employees start from the basics, receiving meticulous training in personal image, communication skills, and technique, and then are promoted internally based on their qualifications and abilities.
Because our mission emphasizes teamwork, we hope all employees can fulfill their responsibilities and serve our customers with sincerity and dedication.
Recruiting Apprentices
Kanzaki Hair Salon has a comprehensive and standardized training system that lasts two years, after which apprentices can be promoted to junior hairstylists. An excellent hairstylist needs not only proficient skills, but also excellent communication and a presentable appearance. Because hair design is not a one-way assembly line process, hairstylists must have good communication skills to understand customers' needs and design suitable and satisfactory hairstyles.
Therefore, technique, communication, and appearance are the three main areas of training for newcomers at Kanzaki.
